WELCOME
When our time is up,
When our lives are done,
Will we say we've had our fun?
Will we make a mark,
This time.
Will we always say we tried.
Standing on the rooftops,
Everybody scream your heart out.

During dna replication the double stranded dna must first separate. This is due to the bonds between the bases being broken. Each strand of the original helix acts as a template for the synthesis of the new complementary dna strand. Free nucleotides form bonds with exposed bases. The nucleotides are put into place with the help of an enzyme called DNA polymerase. The old strands continue to unwind and more nucleotides are added until every nucleotide is paired up
Protease inhabitor. Amalyse inhabitor. Peptones. Maltose.
