i loved today so so so so much!
my legs hurt so badly but who cares. today was such a wonderful day :DD
first there was boooooring cross country in the morning.
i took a taxi to turf city because i heard you have to walk a lot so to save time and energy taxi was the best alternative.
haha. saw mayee and geetika first!<3
then came the rest and the thing started.
me, mayee, chang and tong li were walking and well we jogged when the marshals asked us to but other than that we just walked the whole thing. after 2/4 the thing chang and tong li decided to run :( but i still mayee to walk the whole thing with.
we walked close to 3.6km! isnt that coool? we discussed our march holiday outing on the way.
WE'RE GOING ICE SKATING NEXT FRIDAY :)
yay yay. i cant wait for friday!
anyway after cross country we went to KAP.
lim rui's mother gave us a lift there.
thank you lim rui's mother(:
then at KAP i queued up for one stupid burger and one iced milo for close to half an hour!
wth.
haha after we finished eating, we went to
maple woods to go to xiang's house for the dance practice for family night!
the security guard was so funny!
he asked us to sign this paper to get but i accidentally was about to sign the coaches/instructors sign sheet.
then when i finally found the write paper to sign, i forgot what happened but i think i signed the wrong date or something like that.
he asked me if i was sick in the mind and if i had forgotten my medication.
haha! then i murmured "thank you uncle".
after that he was like
"im not so old!"
funny funny guy!
xiang wasnt at home yet so we were uh..waiting for her for a while.
then she came and we went inside her first house.
(yes, she has two houses)
her house is utterly gorgeous! we waited for her to gather the props and all so meanwhile me, joy and nicolemak blue-toothed each other songs. haha it was soooo fun! and we were playing songs so loudly.
then after xiang was done gathering the props we went to her second house which was empty. nothing inside-no furniture no nothing. so we had plenty of space to dance.
first we practiced the starting pose.
me and tongli are lying down and we are supposed to shake our legs.
i love our first pose.
the second part is so hard.
the second part of the second part is ok but the first part of the second part...i just couldnt get it):
but actually towards the end i finally finally got it :D
then after that we split up to learn our different parts.
the "scarf dancers" went up. im a scarf dancer too!
i love love love love LOVE the scarf dance.
it was so fun learning it.
charlotte you are the bestest teacher and choreographer ever!
and im actually not that bad at it(:
but but but im standing all the way in the front.
i dont waaaaant D:
but aiya never mind la.
anyway, after learning scarf dance we went through the dance many many many many times.
i was so tired but well it was all worth it.
i have a wonderful feeling our class will do really well for family night tomorrow.
after the whole thing, i went home with gerou and elena.
the bus ride was super funny because elena was telling me about gerou's stupid choreography.
she actually wanted the class to do frog-hops.
haha gerou you are so so so weird.
oh lookie fang ting just told me on msn that she saw me at the taxi stand today.
you silly girl, why never say hello to me?):
i miss you so much.
today was such a great great day!
and tomorrow will be greater.
